- Our primary role as Marine / HSEQ Managers is to ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance to all international marine requirements.
- We assist in the implementation and upkeep of the Safety Management System and conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance to the statutory requirements of the International Safety Management (ISM) code and International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) code.
- We analyse risks and ensure compliance to the organisation's risk management framework.
- Considering the ever-evolving SIRE / CDI / Port State campaigns, we are responsible for conducting pre-vetting inspection on board the ship and follow-up.
- We initiate / support Internal / Navigational Audits conducted on board at timely intervals. Where found Positive feedback is given on matters supporting the ISM structure of the company.
- We provide guidance to the Master on board for nautical matters and also conduct incident investigation on board the vessel (when & where required).
- We promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement in pursuit of organisational objectives.

- We have an up-to-date data base of qualified Maritime and Offshore Crew. Indian Officers can be engaged directly by us from our Kerala main office.
- Other nationalities: supply through strategic partnerships with reputable Manning agents (Bangladesh, Philippines, Ukraine, Croatia).
