systematic approach to assessing and enhancing the competencies of crew, based on clients’ individual on-board standards. - The objective achieves goals of operational excellence through setting competency standards for the offshore crew.
- The needs are specified in the STCW Convention (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers) and emphasized as per the Company Policy.
- We are in process of setting up JV / collaboration with one of top-most online / offline training providers based in Singapore.
- Crew planned to join onboard will be put through computer-based training modules
- That will cover from basic to advanced level of required training.
- Immediate feedback will be provided, where in-depth focus will be carried out in areas where the concerned crew member needs improvement as well as areas where he/she has excelled.

- We have an up-to-date data base of qualified Maritime and Offshore Crew. Indian Officers can be engaged directly by us from our Kerala main office.
- Other nationalities: supply through strategic partnerships with reputable Manning agents (Bangladesh, Philippines, Ukraine, Croatia).
